CavityTherm UK ("we", "us", "our") is a lead generation and referral platform operating at cavitythermuk.co.uk. We connect property owners across the United Kingdom with certified cavity wall insulation installers.

First Choice Energy Ltd is registered in England and Wales, Company No. 12684594. Our registered address is available on request.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit any enquiry.

2. Our Service

CavityTherm UK provides a free referral service. We receive enquiries from property owners seeking cavity wall insulation and pass those enquiries to our certified installation partner(s) for follow-up.

Our service to you — connecting you with a certified installer — is provided free of charge. You will never be charged by CavityTherm UK for using this website or submitting an enquiry.

3. Our Installation Partner

All cavity wall insulation installations are currently carried out by First Choice Energy Ltd, our sole certified installation partner. First Choice Energy Ltd holds the following accreditations:

• Competent Person Scheme
• PAS 2035 certification
• TrustMark registration
• KIWA certification
• Qualitymark accreditation

CavityTherm UK only works with installers who have held relevant accreditations for a minimum of two years. However, CavityTherm UK does not warrant or guarantee the work carried out by First Choice Energy Ltd or any future installation partner. Any contract for installation work is made directly between you and First Choice Energy Ltd.

First Choice Energy Ltd operates under its own terms and conditions, which will be provided to you directly when they make contact. We recommend you read those terms before agreeing to any installation.

4. Your Enquiry

When you submit an enquiry through this website, you:

• Confirm that you are aged 18 or over
• Confirm that you have authority to request works at the property in question (as owner, or with owner's consent)
• Consent to your contact details being passed to First Choice Energy Ltd for the purpose of following up on your enquiry
• Understand that submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on either party — you are under no obligation to proceed, and we make no guarantee that an installation will be offered, scheduled, or completed

We aim to pass all enquiries to First Choice Energy Ltd within two hours of receipt during working hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm). Response times may vary outside of these hours.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting an enquiry. CavityTherm UK accepts no liability for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided at the point of enquiry.

5. No Guarantee of Work

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee that:

• Your property will be assessed as suitable for cavity wall insulation
• A survey will be booked or completed
• An installation will be offered or carried out
• Any specific price, timeline, or outcome will be achieved

Suitability is determined by First Choice Energy Ltd following a property survey. CavityTherm UK has no involvement in this assessment and accepts no responsibility for its outcome.

Any quotes, estimates, or savings figures displayed on this website are indicative only and based on national averages. Actual savings will vary depending on property type, size, insulation materials used, energy tariff, and individual usage habits.

6. Limitation of Liability

CavityTherm UK's role is limited to receiving and passing on your enquiry. We are not party to any contract between you and First Choice Energy Ltd, and we accept no liability for:

• The quality, standard, or outcome of any installation carried out by First Choice Energy Ltd or any other partner
• Any damage to your property arising from survey or installation work
• Delays in contact or installation scheduling
• Any representations made by First Choice Energy Ltd or their staff
• Loss of earnings, revenue, or savings that do not materialise as expected

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CavityTherm UK's total liability to you in connection with this website or our referral service shall not exceed £100.

7. Your Personal Data

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, postcode, and property type. This information is used solely to pass your enquiry to First Choice Energy Ltd.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party other than our certified installation partner for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry request.
